Binky Finds warranty explained
All watches sold on Binky Finds are authentic and sourced through trusted suppliers. Warranty details may vary depending on the watch. Some watches may come with a manufacturer warranty, while others are covered by my own Binky Finds warranty.

Understanding your watch warranty
All watches from Binky Finds are genuine and sourced from trusted suppliers. Warranty details may vary depending on the watch model. Some timepieces may include a manufacturer’s warranty, while others are covered by my own Binky Finds warranty.
I clearly state the warranty information in each product listing so you know exactly what to expect before you buy.

Making a warranty claim
If you encounter an issue with your watch, please contact Binky Finds first. Provide your order details and a clear description of the problem.
I will review your claim and guide you through the next steps. Please do not take your watch to a third-party repairer without contacting me first, as this may void your warranty.

What your warranty covers
My warranty specifically covers internal mechanical defects.
It does not cover water or moisture damage, glass damage, case damage, bracelet or strap damage, crown or stem damage, battery issues, accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Please review the product listing for specific warranty details.

Warranty duration
The warranty period varies by watch and will be clearly stated in each product listing.
Watches with a manufacturer warranty will follow the manufacturer’s own terms and conditions. For watches covered by my Binky Finds warranty, you can expect a 1-year warranty for internal mechanical defects from the date of purchase.
