Quick Answers (to save you time 😊)
All watches I sell are 100% genuine and brand new. I’m a parallel importer, so I source from overseas to offer better prices. Most watches come with a limited warranty from me, and if a model includes an official brand warranty, I’ll mention it on the listing.
Orders are usually dispatched the same day from within New Zealand, so things move quickly. If you need to cancel or make changes, just let me know ASAP before it’s sent out.
Returns are accepted within 15 days if the watch is unused and in original condition. Return shipping is at your cost, and change-of-mind refunds may have small deductions.
