Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Binky Finds. I have put together the terms below so you know what to expect when shopping with me, especially as Binky Finds operates as a parallel importer. I have kept everything as clear and straightforward as possible, covering authenticity, warranty, returns, and your rights as a customer.
By using this website or placing an order with Binky Finds, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Parallel Import Watches
Binky Finds operates as a parallel importer. All watches sold are 100% genuine and brand new unless stated otherwise, but they are sourced through trusted international suppliers rather than local authorised distributors. Because of this, packaging, manuals, tags, or warranty arrangements may sometimes differ from local retail stock.
Warranty
All watches come with a 12-month limited return-to-base warranty from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise. I also import Japanese domestic market models, which may come with their original Japanese warranty card. As Binky Finds is a parallel importer, the local manufacturer’s warranty may not apply, so any warranty claims are handled through me rather than an authorised brand service centre.
What the Warranty Covers
The warranty covers manufacturing faults with the watch movement or internal parts under normal use.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover water or moisture damage, impact damage, scratches, normal wear and tear, battery replacement, straps, bracelets, glass, or damage caused by misuse or unauthorised repairs.
Orders and Payment
Please make sure all order details are correct before completing your purchase. Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.
Shipping
I aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and provide tracking where available. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and destination
Returns and Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations may no longer be possible. Change-of-mind returns are not guaranteed and are considered case by case
Faulty Items and Consumer Rights
If there is a problem with your watch, please contact me as soon as possible so I can help sort it out. If a fault is confirmed, the remedy may be a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the issue. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which still applies to parallel imported goods sold in New Zealand.
