Our promise to you
When you buy from Binky Finds, you can be confident that every watch is 100% genuine and brand new. We work as a parallel importer, so while you’re getting great value, things like packaging or warranty may be a bit different from what local retailers offer.
We aim to keep the whole process simple and stress-free, with secure checkout, quick dispatch, and clear communication throughout. If anything’s not right when your watch arrives, we’ll work with you to sort it.
Your agreement when shopping
When shopping with Binky Finds, please note we’re a parallel importer. That means all watches are 100% genuine and brand new, but things like packaging or warranty might be a bit different from what you’d get from local retailers.
Please make sure your details are correct and payment is completed properly so we can get your order out without any hiccups. By placing an order, you’re confirming you’re good to make the purchase (18+ or with permission 👍).
We move pretty quick with orders, so if you change your mind, let us know ASAP. By ordering, you’re also agreeing to our shipping, returns, and cancellation terms, including the fact that refunds for change of mind may have small deductions like shipping or restocking.
Nothing here overrides your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, so you’re still protected there.
Returns and warranty policy
If you need to return a watch, we’re happy to help within 15 days as long as it hasn’t been worn or used and everything’s still in original condition. You’ll just need to cover return shipping. If it’s a change of mind, the refund may exclude the original shipping and could include a small restocking fee, just because these are delicate items and hard to resell once handled.
If something goes wrong or your watch arrives damaged or faulty, flick us a message within 24 hours and we’ll sort it with you 👍.
Most watches come with a limited warranty from us. Some models (like certain JDM pieces) may include an official Seiko warranty, and that’ll always be mentioned on the product listing so you know exactly what you’re getting.
